Last Day London
My last day in London was bittersweet. I had a huge "to-do" list to complete before any of the fun began. Random stuff like print my boarding pass, turn in stray homework assignments and buy some last minute biscuits to smuggle home. I wanted it to be purely a day of rest and relaxtion as I say "see ya later" to my friends and flat, but actually running errands gave me a chance to visit my daily stops for the last time. I spent time in the Uni library and even took a walk down to Harrow (the closest city center to my housing). After my list was complete, my flat mates threw me a going away party! Basically, all of the people that gave my three months in London depth were all in one room. Surrounded by all of them for the last time made me feel more than loved and greatful for the experience. The most shocking part of London was the unexpected realtionships I made and the party was proof of that. Oh, and chocolate cake with a sparkeler on top doesn't hurt either ;)
